XINGYI 550RC 550mm Remote-Controlled Floor Grinder – 7.5kW Three Phase

The XINGYI 550RC is a heavy-duty, self-propelled planetary floor grinder designed for professional concrete preparation, coating removal, grinding and polishing across medium to large commercial and industrial floors.

Its powerful 7.5kW three-phase motor drives three 230mm grinding plates across a 550mm working width. A precision planetary gearbox provides smooth torque transfer and consistent contact across the floor, while variable speed from 350 to 1980rpm allows the machine to transition from aggressive material removal through to fine polishing.

Remote-control operation allows the operator to control the machine from a comfortable position, helping reduce fatigue and maintain consistent passes across larger areas. The machine can also be operated in walk-behind mode when direct manual control is preferred.

An integrated 20-litre water tank supports wet grinding, while the robust 289kg construction provides stability and grinding pressure for demanding surface-preparation work.
