2. Products & Use

BR Construction Supplies sells construction and building materials.

Due to the nature of these products:

  • All products must be installed and used in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable Australian building standards.

  • We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure products are suitable for their intended application.

We strongly recommend installation by qualified and licensed tradespersons where applicable.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (unless stated otherwise).

We reserve the right to:

  • Change pricing at any time without notice

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing

Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it may not be cancelled if it has already been processed or dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

  • Stock is unavailable

  • There is an error in pricing or product description

  • We suspect fraudulent activity

If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Delays due to weather, supply chain disruption, or events beyond our control

  • Damage occurring after delivery confirmation

Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage within 7 days.

Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

We offer:

  • 7-day change-of-mind returns (unused and uninstalled items only)

  • No exchanges

  • No free returns (unless required under Australian Consumer Law)

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our liability is limited to the replacement of goods or refund of the purchase price

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect installation

  • Failure to follow manufacturer instructions

  • Improper storage or handling after delivery

  • Use of products outside their intended purpose

While we aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications may change without notice.
