At BR Construction Supplies, we aim to dispatch orders quickly and safely. Please read the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia only.

If you require delivery outside Australia, please contact us before placing your order.


2. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak periods or supply shortages, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Size and weight of items

  • Freight requirements (for bulky construction goods)

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For large, heavy, or palletised items, additional freight charges may apply. If applicable, we will contact you before dispatch.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro areas: 2–7 business days

  • Regional areas: 5–14 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Freight carriers

  • Weather events

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Incorrect address details provided by the customer

  • Events outside our control


5. Bulky & Heavy Goods

Due to the nature of construction materials:

  • Some items may be shipped via freight carrier rather than standard courier.

  • Pallet deliveries may require forklift access or assistance at delivery location.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe and suitable access for delivery vehicles.

If redelivery is required due to failed delivery or site access issues, additional fees may apply.


6. Delivery Responsibility & Risk

Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Customers must inspect goods immediately upon delivery. If goods are:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Missing items

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.

Failure to report delivery issues within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Additional shipping fees due to address errors

If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, redelivery charges will apply.


8. Lost or Stolen Parcels

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered, BR Construction Supplies is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.


9. Order Pick-Up (If Applicable)

If local pick-up is available:

  • You will be notified when your order is ready.

  • Orders must be collected within [X days].

  • Valid ID and order confirmation may be required.
