Description
Neosil+ Silicone Sealant is ideal for use in
bathrooms, kitchens and laundries and delivers a
superior waterproof and mould resistant seal that
will not shrink

Wet Area Silicone Sealant is ideal for use on or
around showers, baths, spas, plumbing fixtures and
sinks. It will work on materials such as ceramic,
glazed & porcelain fixtures, metal, copper & brass
fittings, powder coated aluminium, aluminium,
plastic laminates, rubber, glass, stainless steel and
concrete.

Surface Preparation
Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dirt,
grease, oil or water. Clean surface with turps and
allow to completely dry.
Directions for Use
1. Cut nozzle at 45° angle, cut cartridge tip and fit
nozzle.
2. Place in caulking gun, and apply with steady
pressure, ensuring sealant is pushed into the joint.
3. Tool with a spatula dipped in detergent water
within 5-10 minutes of application.
4. Clean up with turps before product skins.
5. Sealant will cure in 72 hours

Tips
• For neater joints, mask sides before applying
sealant and remove tape before sealant skins.
• Sealant must be cleaned regularly to avoid buildup of soap scum.
Clean Up
Uncured product may be removed with mineral
turpentine. Cured product can be removed with
Selleys Silicone Remover or by cutting and
scraping.
Storage
Store in a dry place, below 30⁰C. Use within 6
months of opening.
Limitations
• Not paintable. Complete painting 7 days prior to
applying sealant
• Not suitable for use on PP, PE, PTFE
• Not suitable for aquariums
• Not suitable for food or drinking water contact
• Not suitable for permanent water immersion
